Jon is brilliant. He spent lots of time getting to know us, going through injury concerns /areas for development and personal goals, etc, during his comprehensive assessment.
The sessions are challenging but achievable, especially with Jon’s encouragement. He is very calm, personable and puts me at ease, despite my feeling so unfit!
If you are thinking of personal training, don’t hesitate to call him.
He has lots of different exercise equipment and varies it at each session getting the maximum out of you without causing injury. He ensures each exercise is safe and monitors technique to maximum benefit whilst preventing injury.
It is fun and fulfilling. You have a nice satisfying post work out ache at the end of each session. Highly recommended.

I am enjoying my training sessions with him, I like that he takes the time to explain things e.g. what muscles groups are be worked/ stretched and what the fitness industry jargon actually means.
He has been mindful about my recent surgery and is helping me with rehab of the area, before we go all out crazy (keeping me reigned in until the time is right). Looking forward to my check-in when we compare initial results with present day.

He has spent a lot of time developing exercises I can do on my Kinesis machine. He is also very good at pushing me whilst at the same time making sure I do not over do it and get injured. I would really recommend him.
