Surrey Fitness provides a free consultation and 20 minute taster session for new Personal Training or Sports Massage Therapy clients.
This may involve discussing your goals & motivation, completing a PAR-Q (Pre Exercise Readiness Questionnaire) & Informed Consent Form, answering nutrition, exercise & lifestyle questions, other health checks such as blood pressure, postural assessment and flexibility assessment.

A – Ideally you should wear comfortable and breathable sportswear.
Q – What should I eat or drink?
A – It’s best to fuel your body adequately before exercising. For example, don’t skip breakfast but don’t stuff yourself either! Be sure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout. After exercising you will probably feel hungry and may wish to refuel. Consuming enough protein is important to help repair the muscles after exercise.
